This fort was a great piece of history but was just ok to visit. It does have amazing views. I recommend for adults but children will be bored.

Self guided tour. Not as well maintained as Christiansted, but still a lot of history. We visited after Hurricane Maria so some of the damage was still evident.

As far as you can go west on St. Croix. A great historic site. Take a walk in the calm surroundings and imagine life here in the old days..Unfortunately we didn`t notice it was open to public - and maybe it wasn`t.

This fort you can feel the history in the walls. Not as maintained as the other fort but just as historical. A nice visit while on this side of the island

Cool little place just off the pier. Good exploring and snorkeling. A little rocky near the shore but cool.

The place needs a little love but it is a very interesting site. A low admission fee you get to see beautiful 18th Century handmade mahogany furniture and then you wander around the fortress on your own. Don't miss the beach next to the fortress!

We spent about an hour walking around this fort. It was $5 per adult to get in. Plenty to look at and learn. Kids enjoyed it as well.

This was an interesting self guided tour giving a glimpse of life on St. Croix prior to the United States buying it from the Danish. This is also the site of a UNESCO World Heritage Site regarding the slavery associated with the Virgin Islands. A...More

Been here many times, and it always seems the condition of the Fort is either good or looking really run down, It goes through long periods of neglect and then it gets paint again, so its a little hit or miss, but nevertheless and neat...More
