Beautiful church

The church has been maintained beautifully. Parishioners were friendly. A must see when visiting Frederiksted.

Anytime we travel I try very hard to find a place to celebrate. We were incredibly fortunate to share in the celebration with the people of St. Patrick's. As we entered the church the priest was outside, on the stairs, greeting the congregation as they/we entered. Inside the church a parishioner greeted us, handed us a church bulletin and song... We attended mass when our cruise ship visited the island. It was the beginning of Catholic schools week so the school children were participating in mass. We were warmly welcomed by the greeters who provided us with worship materials and asked us to sign their guest book. They also gave us a lovely postcard to take home. Mass was long... More

It is a beautiful church for Mass. The choir and music was wonderful and the bulletin lets you know they are a vibrant and active congregation. The Sunday Mass was 90 minutes. Plan accordingly. I have a foto of the altar and had wanted to take one of the remaining interior, but as soon as Mass is over, the shutters... More

Went to mass there twice but the Palm Sunday Mass was the best experience. The congregation is incredibly welcoming and really puts life into the service. Fr Boniface tends to extend his homilies a bit so put aside 2 hours for Sunday worship. The architecture of the building is fascinating and the interior is incredible to behold. While the acoustics... More

This was a stop while on the Freedom City Cycle West End Tour. It began to rain and we sought shelter within the church for a time and they were gracious about letting us remain, although they were having an issue with their sound system and the feedback was very loud at times. (although, it may have been because it... More

I don't go much to an religious building in every day use unless they're historically significant and with interesting art work or architecture and this place has those qualities and while I didn't stay long, I do like to try to take some photos that remind me of the essence of a place and this building will do that and... ... glass stained windows, beautiful church, calorie burning steps, the interior is nothing extraordinary but worth the short visit.

Worth the trip for Sunday Mass. A beautiful church - the santucuary was under construction, but it was still full of life and the priest gave a wonderful Homily.
