This historical landmark is in good condition after being remodeled for several years. a must see while in town

Newly restored, a spot to add to your must see list. You can wander the various rooms and cells on your own, but having a tour guide would be a definite benefit to learn the history of the structure and the important role it played...More

It's mostly empty. It used to be a prison. The architecture is interesting (very thick concrete walls) and the view from the top is good.

We arrived at 3 and they would not let us in. The fort looks cool but make sure you go early otherwise you can not get in.

This fort has been restored and there is very little of the original building left. It is well maintained and the guides offer good descriptions and history narrations. There are not too many places to visit in St Thomas, so this is surely one not...More

When we heard the Fort was opened we knew we had to go see it. What an opportunity to see what life was life back then! Some of the rooms are still being renovated and others are furnished with antiques. Head down to the prison...More

This fort was not open when we had been here before. The renovation continues but is still worth a gander. It is not free and not cheap to get in. They are still paying for the work. Very similar but smaller than the Danish Forts...More

I do not believe so. Iam told a small part of the fort is opened only for paid tours that have remade appointments. Badger bob.
