We took this taxi from Road Town to St. Thomas to catch our flight home. The process was easy, they handled the bags, the taxi was clean, and they dropped you right at customs which was also easy. I'd recommend this again, especially on your...More

Checking in is a rush yet they take forever to leave the dock and when you get to Road Town all the luggage has to come off before you get to stand in a long queue to enter the coutry.

I pre-purchased tickets for a ferry that ended up being overbooked. My group consisting of 4 adults and two children were told to take the next ferry which also ended up being overbooked. We were then asked to get off the ferry because it was...More

This is a quick way to get between the USVI and the BVI. Friendly and helpful staff. The boats a daily ferries and not fancy. The the trip was quick and easy

Did not disappoint. On time, very comfortable and reasonable on pricing. Have taken this ferry many times to/from STT and BVIs. . . only issue is always clearing customs on the BVI side but this is not the ferry's fault. Highly recommend.

Quickest way from St Thomas to Road Town British Virgin Island. Be aware you must check all baggage $3 per case and clear Customs in Tortolla

I don’t know why I would bother flying from STT to Tortolla. I mean by the time you wait around the airport, go thru security and all the BS, you can take the ferry and be there in an hour. Yes, it’s fast! We’ve done...More

We will be traveling to Virgin Gorda via ferry in a couple of months. Will we clear customs on Tortola or Virgin Gorda?

You do customs when you leave the boat. If you get off at Tortola, do it there. If you stay onto virgin gorda, will do it there.

We (2 women - one is American, the other Canadian) need to take a ferry on a Sunday (Jan. 15, 2017) from Charlotte Amalie to Roadtown, Tortola to catch our tall ship cruise vessel at 2:00 P.M. Will the !2:00 noon ferry get us there in time? Where should we sit to get off quickly in Roadtown?

It can be close. The ferry should take 45-50 minutes. Then they have to unload all the luggage before you can get off. That took 15 minutes the day we took it. Then you have to clear customs which is another 10 minutes... More
