Love the beach, water and pizza

Beware of Magens Bay when cruise ships are in town, very very crowded. We love the pizza they sell here and always make a point of coming here for that.

There is an entrance fee. The food and drinks are over priced. The taxi to and from there is expensive. The beach area is not as good as any of the other beaches we visited. Mostly it's a family beach for residents. We paid $36 by taxi round trip, $5 each to get in. The burger was $11. Fries $4.... More

We spent the day at the beach while our cruise ship was in port. Per tips in other reviews we went all the way to the left on the beach to find more space on the beach. The water is nice and calm and we all had a good time floating in the ocean.

Beautiful relaxing beach - perfect water for swimming and snorkeling. Lots of tables for sitting and meals. Also had changing facilities at the beach.

Magens Bay in St. Thomas USvi is a breathtaking Beautiful beach. With calm water, great for swimming and snorkling. You can rent kayaks or paddle boards. They sell snacks like pizza or french fries. Take a taxi directly from anywhere is the city center or from your cruise dock, 30 min ride. Clear water for nice onderwater pictures. Many fishes,... More

It was a rainy, cloudy, cold day, so didn't get to see the beauty we have heard. We walked a little through the woods, but not too long, so we didn't get mosquito bites.

We didn't get the best weather here, but it's hard to ignore the beauty that is settled around this bay. The waters are calmer waves for children to play in and it's a pretty good walk from one end to the other. There's more shaded areas to sit in as well. There's food and a gift shop on the beach... Went here as part of my tour and the beach is so beautiful. A bit crowded but I was only there for a short time. You can buy food and drinks here too

Got off the cruise ship and just taxi over for the day! Beautiful waters! Set in a bay with the hills surrounding you. Drinks and fast food available. But not much else. Go there if you want a perfect beach day. Calm waters for swimming and snorkeling.
