We walked here from the ferry port (20+ minute walk to the back entrance of the One&Only resort - we just asked the gate attendant where the restaurant was and she gave us directions). We only went to the bar here. The resort sits atop a hill giving GORGEOUS views of Cabbage Beach. The grounds were beautiful and very well... More

The food here is excellent as is the service and manner of the staff. Do not expect fast service if there is a crowd. Take care to be seated according to your sun and heat tolerance. We went for breakfast and the mid morning sun was a scorcher. We wished we had chosen a covered table or even one inside.... More

We visited here for dinner as it had a couple of vegetarian options for the girlfriend and it seemed reasonably priced. We got there early so we could have a wander around the Versailles Gardens which were very pleasant. We then sat in the cocktail bar next to Dunes and had the obligatory Casino Royale martinis which were very powerful... More

Ate at Dune Bar for dinner on July 6th with my 84 year old mom and 15 year old son where the service and food was fantastic. The grouper was served in healthy portions wether simple or sautéed that were prepared perfect that also included an amazing view of the sunset. Very elegant and simple in all she does-well done!!... This bar used to be one of our favorite bars in the world. The outlook is amazing as the bar sits perched over the non-touristy end of the beautiful Cabbage Beach. The sunset views here are incredible and you can look down toward Atlantis and see the cruise ships sailing out under the amazing colorful sky. The drinks are good... More

So as residents here in Nassau, we like (or liked to) go over to the One and Only with visiting friends for lunch on Sundays every once and a while. No more, thank you. The highlights: Wrong orders on both food and beverage Inattentive wait staff- never rude or surly – just “out there” Food service timing off- entrees served... More

A decent menu, fair local and international dishes, but no dish seemed special enough, nor memorable. Not bad though. we tried numerous salads and some fish dishes. Just that it was similar to other restaurants nearby and about 40% more cost. Portions a little small. We ate breakfast 3 times but didnt go after that. The choice was average and... More

The atmosphere alone makes this a "must go" place. Food was quality but I would not recommend the seed and nut crusted snapper. Power coat on the fish was tasteless. Trio of sorbet dessert was great. Service was awesome. My partner loved her grouper that was broiled. Best of all was the scenery. I would definitely go back!

Lots of local fresh seafood with contemporary flavors here. The location cannot be beat anywhere on either Nassau or Paradise Island. Dune sits out directly over the beautiful Cabbage Beach and serves a fabulous lunch. I have had the lobster club, fresh fruit plate, gruyere cheese omelette, hamburger, and fish sandwich. Everything was great and I would order again. The... More
