Unexso is a huge diving facility. It offers many different diving experiences, one tank dive, two tanks dive, shark experience, dolphin experience, night dive,... Everything has been organized and calculated, and this is where It becomes boring to me. The staff is kind, but everything has been standardized. There is no way to customization. Even if you come during the... More

Very impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff, they were very knowledgeable and passionate about diving and protection of the reef. I've done a lot of diving all over the world and the overall organization of this operation was some of the best I've seen. If your considering doing a course or learning how to dive they have... We have been diving with Unexso many times and always are very happy with the crew. Shelly was our dive master on 7 dives this September and she is one of the best dive masters we have had in 18 years of diving. The rest of the crew each day was helpful and friendly. The girls at the front desk... More

Used Unexso to get my PADI OWD certification. Spent 3 days at the location and made 4 drives from their boats. Staff was amazing and would definitely return for more training in the future.

Super friendly experienced local dive instructors but what really set them apart was the fact that for the first time diving in the Caribbean I did not feel like I was ever waiting around for anything. Every hour on vacation is precious to me and too many times a morning 2 tank dive ends up taking up most of the... More

Great diving experience! Good boat, good equipment, really good dive sites and great dive crew. the only issue we have is with the unsafe ladders for getting back in the boat. The center column concept is good, but those damn round steps are extremely slippery, particularly if you don't have fins on. A flat surface added to each step would... More

We had a wonderful time diving with Unexso. They had everything well organized and the operation went smoothly. We dove with them over two days, visiting 4 different dive sites. We saw lots of sharks and even an eagle ray. That was pretty cool.

Only went to the store - never saw such over priced stuff in my life. Shop elsewhere - or bring it with you when you come to Freeport. We were the only shoppers in there - and I know why.

Not sure if you shopped any place else on the island but our prices are comparable to other retail stores in the area, perhaps you are comparing us to the straw market or your local Walmart back home? Maybe you missed our Tommy Bahama section where our merchandise is priced less than MSRP ? We are rated the #1 store... More

We had a great time at the Encounter, clean facilities and professionally run. Boat Captain was very informative. Encounter itself was a total blast. Topped it all off with a dip in the exclusive Unexso swimming pool back in the Marina.

This is one hell of an experience. You get to touch the dolphins, they show you tricks. You can always book this tour even in the hurricane season. The host or trainer was excellent. The dolphins are well trained with a sense of humor just like their trainer. They take pictures of the dolphin kissing you but not a video,... More
