Most beautiful beach

We've been told that this is one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean... And indeed it's right

As part of our shore excursion we were taken to caves and this beach is across the road from them in the Lucayan National Park. A short walk through the mangroves across a wonderful wooden bridge leads you to this wonderful beach. The sand is gloriously soft and the water itself does full justice to what they say about beaches... More

This is a bit of a drive and away from most other tourist destinations. An occasional tourist van. Best to go at low tide. There is a fee to enter ($5.00, I think) and this is strictly a beach venue. No restaurants, bars or vendors of any kind. Bring everything that you need. You'll have a short walk through the... More

We had to go back to that beach second time because it's so peaceful and beautiful. Not a lots of people there. Water is very clear and clean. You need to pay $5 per person to enter. It is a little walk to the beach about 10 minutes. It is located right across the street from Lucayan National Park.

Wow what a beautiful white sand beach with the beautiful hues of the water. Take a stroll. Bring your camera. Also bring bottle water. The sun is shining with little shade. You will not be disappointed.

Do not miss the chance to see this beach if you are on Grand Bahama island! It's very easy to get to and only costs $5 to get onto beach and to see 2 undergound water caves across the street! No need to take a tour, just pack your cooller, food and beach towels and hang out on a spectacular... More

I loved this beach as a teen and I still love it! It's shallow for quite a long way in, its crystal clear, and most of all its warm and very calm. They also filmed part of Pirates of the Caribbean and James Bond here, and every local will tell you that. But I don't care about all that. I... More

Rented a 12 passenger van from Stanley at the Island Jeep and Car rentals shed near the ship pier and on his recommendation went to the park. The caves were OK, the beach is great. Fine sand with a very gradual slope make it a lot of fun and safe for kids. Takes about 35-45 minutes to drive from the... More

After a short walk through the national park (parking & entree fee of 5 dollars) you reach a beautiful beach with a tiny rock visible in the middle of the ocean. I was told that you can snorkel around the rock and see some fishes or if you are lucky a little turtle. But it’s quite the swim out there,... More

A great beach in a remote section of Grand Bahama Island. Enjoy a quite beach break way from the crowds. See my review in Lucayan NP for more details.
