Ardnamurchan Charters is a small family business providing accommodation and a variety of wildlife,fishing and island hoping trips since the mid 90’s. With our self drive boats, charter boat excursions and accommodation (with self drive boats included) we provide safe and varied access to marine activities from and around the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. Charter Boat Excursions, Laurenca II is a MSA code 2, 38ft Aqua Star. Experienced and qualified crew with an abundance of local knowledge. Departing from our base in Laga Bay we can pick up from the Island of Carna, Rahoy and Drimnin by arrangement (depending on excursion). Excursions vary from 2hr trips in the local lochs to full day trips in and around the Inner Hebrides. Exclusive private charters available. ·Marine toilet on board. ·Disabled access. ·All trips are passenger number and weather dependant. ·Booking is essential to ensure the trip runs and to secure your place in advance. ·Fishing equipment sponsored by PENN. ·Teas, coffee and home made soup available. Self Drive Boats provide an opportunity to see local wildlife at your own leisure, with half day and daily hires available. All instruction and safety equipment required is provided. We saw Golden and Sea eagles, as well as seals and many nesting birds and chicks. A wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable guide. We were given plenty of time to see and photograph wildlife.
