We hiked the Buachaille Etive Beag trail. Quite a tough uphill climb so only attempt if you are properly fit. The weather wasn't the best but the view at the top was still stunning. It took us 4 hours for a up-and-down hike, but it is recommended to set aside 5-6 hours. Can get windy at the top, bring enough... More

The natural beauty of Glen Coe is breath taking. There are so many places to stop and take pictures, that you could literally spend the entire day. I think next time I will get a Samsung 360 and strap it to the top of the car. I went on a holiday weekend, so you can only imagine the traffic. I... More

We got to the visitors centre quite early and headed out before the forecast rain set in. The views as expected were amazing and as an added bonus we were piped back through the glen as there seemed to be some kind of bagpipe meeting going on at the centre.

Glen Coe is a extremley spectacular place! With its high mountains, steep cliffs, hills and beautiful waterfalls it is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The mountains are rocky, covered with heather and pretty high. The waterfalls is also really outstanding, they are high and falling down from the top of the mountains. If you can... More

Probably the only place on earth that makes me want to watch back my dash cam footage! Plenty of parking spots, hill paths are well maintained.

I am sure Glen Coe would be better on a warm summer day, when a walk is less of a slippery, fall on your keister and get soaked kind of thing. Howsomever, I wasn't there in summer, and I tend to think the cold and wet, with rain going sideways is more in keeping with the experience that is Glen... More

The beauty of Scotland is best seen by the highlands. The glen coe is definitely a landscape to be visited once. The day we travelled was unfortunately cloudy, even then it was majestic and beautiful. I could imagine how beautiful it would have been on a sunny day while you have the peaks against the blue sky. Very good for... More
