Really interesting and informative. The whole process was explained and we had a chance to test our knowledge of botanicals before having to sample the finished product! Lovely place and great guide.

I believe so. There are only 9 spaces on each of the two tours each day. Everyone had precooked the day we visited. I suppose you might get in if there are spaces available, but I wouldn’t count on it.
