This is a lovely church on top of a hill in Tanah Rata. Free to visit for public. Garden is well kept and place is breezy. We attended Sunday mass here at 8.30am. A serene and relaxing place, perfect for meditation.

Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is a beautiful modern design church. I was surprised with the interior of the church, very soothing and peaceful ambience. It has a lovely garden that is well tended.

The church is located at the end of road (will pass by Barracks Cafe) on a small hill.
Very quiet place for worship. Worth a short visit if you are around Tanah Rata.

Spent half a day exploring places of worship. This Catholic Church was very nice. The grounds surrounding the church were also nice to walk around in.

This is the one and only Catholic Church in Cameron Highlands. Beautiful ancient and historical Church on top of a small hill in Tanah Rata.

very nicely kept garden! but please note that the mass time as of today 14 Jan 2018 is 8.30am on Sundays. i arrived at 8.50am cuz the other posts (and even the church website) mentioned it starts at 9am, but the priest was already giving homily :/ but he's very nice! i went up to him after mass and asked if there was another mass because i was late for it, he said there's only 1 mass here. he said it's ok, don't worry :)
i've taken photo of the telephone number so if you wana go for mass, just call and check beforehand.

The Church does have a saturday mass. If I am not mistaken its about 6 in the evening. But it depends sometimes they have it on Sunday. Its better if u call them. Their phone number is 05 4911450

I am going to Cameron Highlands on the 7th-10th August2015 in a group of 10 and we are all catholics and would like to attend mass in this church. We will be staying at the Cameron Highlands Resorts. Is it walking distance from the hotel? Is there a 9am mass on Sunday as usual. What can we do after mass, around the church?

Im not very sure about the location. But I know that Heritage Hotel is just opposite the church. There should be mass at 9am on Sunday but it would be better if u call them. Their phone number is 05 4911 450. You can have breakfast at the nearby shops. There are indian restaurants. You can also have your breakfast at Starbucks.
