This dive absolutely lives up to the hype. 25 feet of water or so and loads of extremely playful sea lions pups. It's worth a trip to La Paz just to dive here.

Declared part of a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1995 the water was 82 degrees in November, air temp high 80s to low 70s at night. Gorgeous beaches, sunsets, fantastic snorkeling.

Dived here off the Valentina and had great fun with the sea lions. You do need to be careful and respect them. They will show you by barking if you get too close but we kept our distance and they approached us! Nibbled our fins...More

Can recommend the Whale Museum but also recommend staying in La Paz as this is a long day!! Loved Cathedral hotel - great value! But I would not do the tour they organise as they pick everyone up - instead walk 5 minutes... More
