My family recently visited La Paz. Swimming with the Whale Sharks came highly recommended by everyone we talked to so we made sure to book and excursion. Juan was our tour guide and he did an incredible job! About half of our group was terrified and did not plan on getting in the water. He was so knowledgeable, patient, and... More

We visited La Paz as a family and did a couple of tours with Fun Baja, one to Isla Espiritu Santo and private beach and it was fantastic, special thanks to Julian and Rosa Isela. We even saw hundreds of dolphins swimming next to the boat. Also did the Whale shark experience which was also very nice and special thanks... More

We spent 4 days and 3 nights on a trip organized by Fun Baja -- it was one of the very best trips I've ever been on. If you are at the stage in your life where you still want to experience real, wild Nature, but without having to really tough it, this trip with Fun Baja is a GREAT... More

We went on the snorkeling trip to Espiritu Santo. The guides made sure we got the right size wetsuit and fins, and then told us the plan for the day. We took a boat out to the farthest of the islands in the island north of Espiritu Santo and snorkeled around for awhile. One of the guides invited me to... More

We visited La Paz specifically to experience swimming with whale sharks. We had heard Fun Baja did a great job . . . and it is true. Our guide, Juan, was outstanding. He made sure everyone had an excellent experience. He found 3 different whale sharks to swim with and ensured everyone got close (if you wanted). He had a... More

This experience was so cool. First time we found a smaller whale shark and chased it all around the Sea of Cortez - lots of swimming. Second time we went we swam with 4 or 5 huge ones who were feasting on plankton (much easier). Both times were a blast, the staff is incredible at this company. They are extremely... More
