Mario is a compelling story teller as he weaves historical and anecdotal bits into a humorous, informative narrative. My sister and I totally enjoyed the trek into the Gigante Mountains and the mission pueblo of San Javier. Esmeralda, at the downtown office, was engaging and efficient as she provided us with all the info we needed to choose Wild Loreto... More

It's weird to give a high mark to a tour........ and at the same time feeling like my life was in danger! We took the boat trip to Coronado Island with Wild Loreto. It was an unusually windy morning at the marina but we were told there would be some waves and white caps. If I'd known what that really... More

We went out on the catamaran with six other people. We had a wonderful day on the water sightseeing, visiting the Islands of Loreto. Lots of snorkeling and swimming opportunities, yummy guacamole, plenty of margaritas, sandwiches, etc. Just a great way to enjoy the beautiful pristine sea of Cortez. Mario, our guide was a delight. If you are a nature... More

There was a very large list of tours in our packet when we checked in. We decided on the San Javier Mission tour. MARIO is the best tour guide. Full of historical knowledge that he dispensed with a great sense of humor. We loved him. Mario was flexible, stopping to take little side trips that we loved. He even help... More

Our guide Mario was excellent because he was knowledgeable about the mission and the flora and fauna of. The region. The added stop at the ranch was very lnformational also.we would recommend this trip to anyone who likes the mountains and the history surrounding them

Victor, Mario, and the rest of the crew did a wonderful job with us. They were very flexible, arranging customized snorkeling tours to all three islands, as well as a full day at Bahia de Concepcion. One thing that was particularly wonderful is that they gave us a discount on our daughter -- which other tour operators did not. We... More

We went on an island tour with Victor and Mario and have to say it was one of the highlights of our 2 week stay in Loreto. If you're staying at Villa del Palmar you can book these guys through the tour desk. Mario and Victor are a great team. From the moment we stepped on the boat we were... More

We did the catamaran snorkel tour and had an absolutely amazing time! Victor and Raul were the best guides and showed us the true beauty of the Islands of Loreto. We were lucky enough to see dolphins and even whales in the off season, which could not have been more breathtaking. I highly recommend doing any tour with Wild Loreto,... More
