Possibly the most commercial beach in huatulco, full of restaurants and people selling you stuff, had to be very hard with them to let us have some time, we went there later in the day so it wasn't as crowded but still it was full of average families and snorkel tours, snorkel was good but watch out, there are jellyfish... We stopped here on our tour after snorkeling at Organo. It was quite busy but we just had lunch in a beach restaurant with thatched roof and sand floor. It was nice to be out of the sun, and lunch was yummy. We shared shrimp in a cheese sauce in a half pineapple and had some great guacamole and pico... More

We visited this beach, expecting it to be quiet, since it was a few kilometres from Santa Cruz. When we arrived, the usual touts tried to herd us to their particular palapas, but that was expected. What we didn't anticipate was the hordes of tourists, primarily Mexicans, getting dropped off by both buses and boats of all sizes! It became... More

We went there with an excursion and had lunch at the El Costeño restaurant. The beach is perfect and very good for snorkel with coral reefs

This is a great beach for families as the wave action is gentle and it doesn't drop off immediately. Restaurants on the beach are good as well.

Nice place to stop for lunch! We ate lunch and was very good. Beach is beautiful and water was calmer in the bay Wish I could remember the restaurant name but ordered the 4x4 shrimp and it was great!

We were here with the bays excursion of the Bahias company. Part of the group went snorqueling and the rest were taken to the Costeño restaurant were I had the best 4x4 shrimp I have ever had. Big and cheap, cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the food here. Also the bay itself is good, clean water, good for kids... More

We went on a collective boat. You can snorkel or go the beach. I recommend the later as the view is incredible. You can rent an umbrella at the beach and drink coconut water. Simply delicious. The beach is clean and the water clear. Great place to spend at least a couple of hours. You can also arrive by car.

We went to Maguey on our snorkeling trip and you have some nice reefs. The best part is that the beach is very calm the locals call it the local large pool. You also have many great restaurants on the beach with good fresh food and drinks. The only issue like everywhere in Mexico is the amount of vendors. Maguey was... More
