We took a taxi into town from our resort. We stopped first at the church. Then we did a walk-about. Very enjoyable. Lots of shops and food places. It is not touristry - very authentic.

The town is small and maneagable, very few tourist touts around (maybe one or two, but they do follow you around). Go to the church, have a look at the mural, quite nice.
