You really have to spend quality time in this establishment to appreciate all the artistry that is surrounding you. There was a gentleman blowing glass which was amazing to watch. The pieces of glass to purchase were gorgeous and there was also many Mexican pieces available. They wrapped the glass purchases extremely well, would also ship for you if requested.... More

Great place to go, to buy glass. I think the prices are very reasonable. I was not able to find glass any cheaper anywhere else. There is a single glass blower there, that sits in the middle of the store. The check out process is a little strange. One lady writes up your purchase, you get a ticket to take... More

Thank you for your review, for us it is easy the three steps of purchase (1. Select and write the receive, 2. Pay, 3. Packing) but we will look a way to make looks easier to our clients or to change it in order to make your purchase easier and faster. More

They have great glass items, many things you'll see as signature items of Puerto Vallarta. They do a great job of wrapping (Even if you ask them not to wrap) and shipping, however the staff isn't friendly and the checkout process requires one person to review and write-up the details and a separate person to process payment. Be careful as... More

Thank you for your visit. Everybody needs to get used to the exchange rate. This is what happens: You ask for the price and it is $200.00 pesos. When the sales guy write the receive you ask "how much is that in dollars" and they will tell you $10.00 USD. Looks it is the half but it is the same... More

Very nice shop selling many different glassware products. We weren't buying anything, just looking so did not pay much attention to pricing. Worth a quick stop and take a look.

Despite the friendly service and great selection, this place is overpriced. Seriously overpriced. I've been traveling to Mexico for YEARS. Like 20 years. I have bought glassware all over - I always bring some back. I was excited to check Mundo Cristal after the rave reviews I read on TripAdvisor. All I can think after visiting, and being seriously overcharged,... More

We appreciate your opinion. As you comment many people agree our prices are aligned the market. You are right when you say you can find some of the glassware at lower cost in other part of this country it is natural. We were in vacation last week and when we were driving thru Iraputo you can read signs and many... More

A must-do for shoppers in PV. They have gorgeous glassware of just about all styles. Great traditional Mexican pottery and silver as well. They ship, too! Great place to spend a couple of hours!

We read about this store that it was a factory/manufacturer of quality Mexican glass, dishes, bowls etc. The store was more than we had anticipated. Huge selection of hand made glass items. My husband was looking for small glasses for tequila. We not only found them but the prices were better than anywhere we looked in Mexico or the U.S.... More

We visit this glass shop every time we are in Puerto Vallarta. There are glasses in all shapes and sizes but also ceramics and glass art. Stock is always changing with a beast selection of product. Prices are fairly reasonable and they will package it for the flight home.
