If you have never been inside a mine, 200+ feet under the earth's surface, you are going to enjoy it. The tour guide only and barely speaks speaks spanish. Believe me, you are better off this way, because most of what they say is inaccurate...More

Our tour was lead by a former miner and his tale was extraordinary. At times it was difficult to hear/understand what was being said. My kids don't speak enough Spanish to have enjoyed this tour and as such I wouldn't recommend it for kids.

Kids, teens, and adults will enjoy this history lesson about the Spanish conquest as well as the Spanish Inquisition that lasted for centuries and reached the Americas. Prices are accessible and as always negotiable.
