Didn't quite know what to expect when I arrived. Sad that some of these people died as late as the 1960's and are on display to the public, including babies and men/women of all ages. I originally thought all of them were before the turn...More

The place is worth a visit, but be prepared for disturbing sight. The information provided alongside some of the mummies is interesting, and the place definitely provides food for thought. If you read Ray Bradbury's "Next in Line", then the visit is a must, although...More

Don't you ever take one of the guide tours are offered on the city, I went there with my husband and my family we took it and was a completely waste of time. You can walk across the whole city, even if it looks far...More

I wasn't sure what to expect but this place was worth the 57 peso entrance fee. Only thing was we picked a weekend where all the locals visit so had to queue for an hour. Don't pay extra to take photos though nobody stops you....More

Amazing, historic and interesting. How they became mommies, why and where were they found is part of the reasons to come. You are seeing a rare event. If you are around Guanajuato, the visit is a MUST.

This is a one star review, not because the museum is bad in any way, I just personally found it quite disturbing and regretted visiting it. Just my opinion!

It's really interesting, Learning that all those people were alive one day and to relive their history was quite amazing and see the idiopathic conservation

Si presentas tus credenciales vigentes y del estado de Guanajuato si te hacen descuento. De hecho en las taquillas siempre tienen una marquesina con los precios. Y precios con descuentos.
