Polanco is a lovely safe area. The restaurants are excellent. We found a French bakery/cafe recently opened. Safe to walk at night. Good shopping

We had a private drive through this area and it was definitely like Paris and or Beverley Hills. Just loved the elegance and class and the cleanliness and the greenery. Worth a quick visit.

Polanco has been said to be the Beverly Hills of Mexico. It's full of absolutely stunning buildings (mainly houses) and great restaurants and cafes. Would highly recommend walking around this neighbourhood.

Poshness defines Polanco, this wealthy neighborhood
retains elegance unmatched elsewhere in Distrito
Federal. Brunch in the Polanquito area, then keep up
with the latest fashion trends in luxury boutiques
around every corner. Top it off with beautiful cafés
and restaurants that surround Lincoln Park, a treat to
the senses thanks to the art decó architecture and
high quality gourmet cuisine found here.

Google maps will guide your journey. If walking is possible for you, enjoy the view. With bags, take a Uber. Very cheap and great availability in CDMX.

I would say it is safe, definitely one of the most upscale areas of Mexico City with high end shopping and restaurants. I do not know anything about the dental services there.
