This is a small donation only studio- mats provided so perfect for travelers. 90 minute power flow classes- challenging and in spanish but teachers speak english so language barrier was not a problem. Very welcoming. Took classes with Angie - a great teacher and some...More

Michael is a very good teacher and I really enjoyed his class. I highly recommend Power Flow Yoga and will definitely return whenever I am in Mexico city.

I've been looking for a vinyasa class in Roma/Condesa area. Went to Micheal - mostly in Spanish but he speaks excellent English. Class was easy to follow, yet challenging and interesting sequences. Nice space - mats if you need. Donation only 60-150 pesos. Wish I...More
