My husband and I went on a balloon ride in Mexico City with Volare to see the pyramids. There were great views but unfortunately the wind decided we should go a different direction LOL. The staff was great and our balloon operator was amazing and funny. Though his English was good but limited. They had a dog at the facility.... More

It was the best complement on our trip to visit the pyramids. We were able to see a perfect sunrise and to pass over the pyramids before climbing their stairs.

My girlfriend and I took this ride for her birthday. Though the shuttle showed up late, the tour agency phone number didn't answer, and our ballon pilot knew nothing about the Pyramids, the ride was a wonderful experience. I think this is a wonderful way to get a great perspective of the Pyramids and the valley in which they were... More

This agency "Vuelos en Globo" provide the worst service of all times. They say in their webpage that the have service 24 hours a day, but is not true, they don't answer the phones or the whatsapp when it's really important. I made my reservation and after getting the voucher with the confirmation, I arrived to the balloon place and... More

Amazing ride in the hot air balloons that is beautiful but goes so quickly, you really are squished in there but we didn't mind that. We went though wayakbus (recommend by our hostel) and it was a mess, they said everything was included when it wasn't meant to be, like the photos, the transport and entry/tour with a guide Luckily... It's a long drive from Mexico city and quite a challenge to drive it, even with a great GPS. I suggest that you buy a ticket in a reputable tour company recommended by your hotel, and don't buy the cheapest tour, since the lowest prices will give you unacceptable service! Give yourself a good full day for the visit. If... More

I caught a public bus from the North Terminal in the city to get here for about 8.30am. I would recommend doing so to avoid the crowds (I failed to do this at Chitzen Itza and regretted it). These pyramids and their history is breathtaking. Really amazing to be in such good condition after thousands of years and a privilege... More

Booked the balloon ride through viator. The operator was Mexitour. They picked us up at the agreed time (5:45 am) at our hotel in a newer very clean van. At the lift off site Mexitour took professional pictures of us inside the balloon as it was inflated but still on its side and later another pucture of us in the... More

The pyramids of the Sun and the Moon are located here. Incredibly huge and impressive. This is designated as a UN heritage site. I was in awe of how massive the structures are and how high they were built.
