This is an impressive church, one framed with perhaps the biggest courtyard of any in the old town area. It isn't at all far from either the Zocolo or St. Domingo, just on an East-West axis when most city visitors seem to be oriented North-South....More

This is a Nice Church but it is a little but far from the rest of the tourist places, so if you have time visit, if not you won't miss much.

Beautiful cathedral built to pay homage to the Virgen de la Soledad. Recommend taking guided tour to learn the story of how it came to be built.

A lovely cathedral in the heart of Oaxaca. A beautiful ornate facade with bell, grand rounded doorway and beautifully intricate statues inset in to the wall. The inside is stunning too and makes a lovely, serene getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city...More
