A must when in Taxco. Taxi drivers are very helpful and offer great recommendations. Lots of shops and things to see. The people here are very friendly and helpful, not very pushy. Very safe for family and small kids

A relatively small but bustling center plaza. Stay for the evening and enjoy the locals as they come to play and socialize thru the night. Its a great way to experience all that Mexico really is!

I spent several days in Taxco, Mexico. The Zocalo is a very nice plaza where the tourist, families, friends meet to enjoy the evening. Very safe place. I danced at the plaza.

Many, many shops and restaurants. The week-end is full with locals. Eating, dancing and just people watching. Be aware, everything is on a hill.
