Punta Morena is a calm and quiet beach in the east side of the island farder away from the main cruise beaches,in our stablishment we have many ammenities such as: a seefood and mayan cousin restaurant, coktel drinks in the bar, massages, 3 pools (2 for children 1 for adults) big chairs on the beach, hammocks, a natural pool made between the rocks in the ocean (so its safe from big waves)and one of the best panoramic views to the caribbean ocean.

We like the slower pace of this area. Locals are not as pushy. The beach is fun but not really for little children.

We love Cozumel! This is our favorite beach spot. The beach area is one of the most beautiful on that side of the island. The water is rough on that side but they have little lagoon areas you can swim in. They also have a...More

We rented a jeep and toured this side of the island. The food and the people here were great! There are small pools and fabulous beach here. Also showers to rinse off! Will definitely stop here again next time.

Well I honestly don't know. I would try to contact them before hand. It's a very relaxed atmosphere and just showing up may work if you are not requiring their services for anything but good and drink services.

You do not need reservations, but it is not a free beach. I would recommend reservations and get a package deal that includes transportation as well as the beach amenities. You can go through a company like Shore Trips... More
