Mexique Aventure organized this excursion for me and my friends. Émeline was very professional, helpful, organized, informative, accommodating and such a pleasure to work with. We ended up booking the rest of our excursions with her. She also speaks French, Spanish, English and a little bit of Italian which was super helpful for the group of us on the tour. Thank you for making my time in Mexico/Playa Del Carmen the best one yet!!

We spent 15 magnificent days in Mexico, with each day a program concocted by Emelyne. Between snorkeling, natural parks, Mayan remains, quad biking, zip lines, swimming in turquoise lagoons... in short, a wide variety of activities to delight us and our 10-year-old daughter. We called on Mexico Aventure to organize our stay from A to Z. Hotel suggestions, private transfers, 3 excursions, choice of places to stay and distribution of durations, Emeline takes care of everything upstream and downstream, with incredible responsiveness, good humor and kindness, while respecting your initial budget! Once there, Emeline can assist you with any possible problems, which is really very reassuring and comfortable! She was trained in the luxury hotel industry and it shows in her organization, her adaptability and her professionalism. And beyond that, we met her there for a drink, and we felt like we were with a friend! The experience with Mexico Adventure went very well. Our organizer Émeline is a very good, involved person who gives all the advice so that your stay in Mexico goes well! Unlike other tour organizers or sellers on Fifth Avenue, you pay for peace and quiet, because if you have the slightest problem, you can call her and she will take care of everything in case of problems, on the contrary salespeople on the quinta who only see you as a man with a greenback, and who will never come and ask you if the excursion went well or if the entire contract was fulfilled. We were in contact with Émeline who was very professional. Always answered our questions quickly. The taxi that picked us up from the airport was punctual with a clean, air-conditioned and spacious car for the 5 of us and the same for the return trip. I highly recommend this agency.

Before my trip I was researching excursions in Mexico and thanks to the social network I came into contact with Mexico Aventure. From France I did a video with Emeline who immediately inspired me with confidence. We did Contoy Island and Isla Mujeres, we had free time as well as a short visit / explanation of Contoy. The food was excellent and the boat very good. It was our best vacation excursion with a great guide!
