This is a lovely cenote for swimming and generally relaxing by the water. The changing rooms and toilets are basic concrete rooms but clean and do the job. The water is quite clear but there is some algae in it. There is a platform about...More

We stopped by this Cenote after Laguna Kaan Luum. They're just a mile or 2 apart. It's a nice little cenote off the beaten path. It's not crazy crowded. It's very enjoyable if you're looking to enjoy some smaller cenotes. Cenote Escondido is right across...More

Visited Cenote Cristal and Escondido this week. Don't expect something like Gran Cenote or Dos Ojos but it's a nice way to spend a couple hours. You could definitely bike but we took a cab, and the driver returned a couple hours late. Pay 120...More

We found out there were two here and both were awesome for different reasons. Escondido had a rope swing and diving. It was beautiful deep blue water. Crystal had a great dock you could climb and jump off. Neither were crowded and very well kept.

Cute little Cenote with a rope for those shy to swim the length. Don't forget to see the better Cenote across the street with the same ticket. And don't walk to the 2nd Cenote - drive there or bike there. I liked the 2nd one...More

You get to see both for 140 pesos. A 20 minute cycle ride from Tulum city centre. We preferred Crystal but they are both non commercial and quiet. They are across each other divided by a highway. Crystal is 39 metres or so from the...More
