In January, while traveling in the Riviera Maya with my husband and two close friends, we were lucky enough to hear about Gabriel. From the beginning, we knew he was responsible, kind, and knowledgeable... but when we met him, he exceed all expectation. In one day, and without feeling at all rushed, we were able to visit the Mayan Ruins,... More

Gabriel is a boss and showed us a great time on our stay in Mexico. Throughout our tour of the ruins at Tulum, snorkeling with sea turtles, zip-lining through the jungle and swimming in a cenote Gabriel was knowledgable, friendly and enthusiastic about his job. Everything was supplied for us, equipment, transportation, and a delicious lunch making the trip completely... More

My husband and I had a great time with Gabriel! We got to snorkel in the Dos Ochos caves and swim with the sea turtles in the ocean, and had our own personal tour guide Gabriel! He swam with us the entire time and helped us to see all of the wonderful sights, as well as feel safe. He took... More

Gabriel runs a terrific one-man operation backed by multiple partners who supply the equipment, food, and transportation. He took us to the Cenote Dos Ojos and Akumal lagoon, provided the taxi, equipment, and lunch, and created a wonderful experience for the family wrapped in safety and fun discovery. He took great care of us, was super-responsive via email in setting... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in Tuluum in February 2014, and really wanted a private tour of some of the area's natural beauty. Being really attracted to the fact that Nativo Tours was run by a local Mayan family, we wanted to support the local economy, and made our inquiries. They had a WONDERFUL itinerary that included snorkling with sea... More

I took this tour Nov 2012 and it was so amazing! I am headed back to Tulum in 2weeks and am definitely going to go again! We had so much fun and saw so many beautiful fish and sea turtles. There were just two of us and David took really great care of us. So much better than a large... More

David was fantastic! He was laid back and his excitement about his adopted region was contagious. He took us snorkeling in a private lagoon, chaperoned us through the waves at Akumal to swim with turtles - knew where to look and pointed them out (just feet away), amazing fish tacos lunch at a local hangout and then the Dos Oros... I am going to sound like a fake review because I can say only amazing things about this adventure. But as the other reviewer Dustin A. says, this was like nothing I had ever done and I will remember it for the rest of my life. We stopped by the Nativo Tours kiosk as we were biking around the strip... More
