If you go to Cañada de la Virgen, make sure you do so with Albert Coffee tours. He is by far the key to getting the most out of what you are seeing there!

Don't miss this while you're in San Miguel, even if you've seen Mayan or other archaeological sites before. This is an accessible, educational and fascinating outing. We booked a tour with Albert Coffee in advance - he was great!
