I took a cooking class with Ruben and had a great time. He patiently explained the ingredients and answered a ton of questions from the class. The food we cooked was amazing. I would definitely do it again.

My daughter and I loved Ruben's "Mexican Specialities" class on Saturday! Sazon is colorfully decorated and has a great set up. We began by preparing tostadas de pulpo -- octopus tostadas -- with avocado crema. Our main entree was tilapia on achiote sauce, and we...More

My 3 girlfriends and I recently took a Mexican Specialties cooking class here and it was a wonderful experience. We enjoyed chef Reuben's instruction and loved the ambiance of the classroom. Extremely professional and well organized. We will do it again when in San Miguel!
