What an amazing square. Walked there from the Barcelo Gran faro with 7 others. It's was a good little jaunt but so worth it. So many quaint stores to shop and the merchants let you look without trying to push you to buy something. Took...More

I am surprised to see that there is an entry for this on TripAdvisor. However, walking around San Jose, there is not much other than this square. Reading the excellent reviews, I wanted to see if it was just when I was there and I...More

We went shopping late in the day and there was an art walk later that night. A huge Park with benches and a gazebo wear hose to a live band and many great restaurants.

When visiting Cabo, you must see San Jose del Cabo for a real Mexican experience. The lowering of the flag, tour the mission, shop in the stores and have food from the street vendors.

Nice stroll in the area where you will find lots of little shops. If you barter with the shop keepers they will lower their prices. Make sure you stop in at the popsicle shop by the church! Delicious on a hot day!

Nice atmosphere! Lots of little shops and restaurants. We walked around and got most of our souvenir shopping done here. Many of the store owners will haggle and lower their prices. There are also a few high end stores with more expensive, high-quality merchandise.

We visited old town San José twice during the Art Walk held on Thursday's starting at 5pm. Enjoyed strolling around tasting local food from the street vendors & having dinner while watching a group of Mexican dancers. A nice way to spend a couple hours...More

The Art Walk is on Thursday nights. They’re hosting it even during construction as it takes place in the art galleries and businesses that surround the plaza. I recommend Ivan Guaderrama’s art gallery. Very unique and... More

Absolutely. It's the Routa del Desierto. It's opposite the Mega Mall. It will take you directly to where the Marina is and where the tours begin. It's about 30 to 45 minutes in air conditioned comfort. Cost is $ 2 us
