For $30 pesos, you can tour the old covenant. The architecture is beautiful and ideal for pictures, especially weddings. It has a huge mask museum and other exhibits too.

We were told that this museum has the largest collection of Masks in Mexico and I believe it’s true!! Nice gardens with sculptures and some ruins. No tours but arrows to lead you around.

A very beautiful arquitecture offers this structure, but unfortunately I can not access to it the day I was to visit it. I could take some pictures from outside

Really cool museum. If you are at all interested in masks this is a must. There is a very extensive collection. The grounds are well kept and display really cool sculptures.

We were looking forward to see Rafael Coronels paintings....... The gallery was close. "No sign was posted anywhere" The Hindu, the mask collection, the pre Hispanic and The puppet collection were interesting.

A small, off the beaten track ex convent, well worth the visit. The museum primarily houses masks collected from different states within Mexico. The gardens are outstanding, as is the architecture of this very tranquil spot.

I found it very interesting but would hire a guide next time as I found myself having questions with no where to turn for answers.

This amazing museum combines the beauty and atmosphere of the architecture of an ex-convent with an outstanding collection of indigenous art - masks, pottery, puppets and more. This experience is NOT to be missed.

Impressive collection of masks and art pieces collected by Rafael Coronel. And the old convent that houses them is fantastic. Must see it. The museography is incredibly well done
