This may be the prettiest zocalo in Mexico. It's surrounded by great buildings and filled with life.

The Zocola and the Church are must do's. We started and ended everyday there. Shops, street vendors coffee shops and upscale resturants. The restaurants were a little $$ but go a block or two any direction and prices drop and places get a little more quint. Lots of street food options in the midday.

Busy, happy Zocalo. The views of the church etc. are amazing. Not too many street food options (my fav) but plenty of restaurants. I sat on a bench to eat an enourmous torta and got up and left my kindle sitting on the bench... came running back 5 minutes later to find it still there so very greatful to either... More

The church and the square are beautiful. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in the area to visit and eat at. A must if visiting puebla.

Huge square filled with trees, historic buildings and restaurants. Try one of the nice terraces around the square.

It is fun to visit the Zocalo, to eat at one of the restaurants, enjoy the music and watch the world go by. Especially on Sundays, families are there enjoying themselves.

I was there during Easter, and even it was quite crowded, I found it as very magical place. You can just sit and watch what's going on around you for hours. You can find there lots of cafe's and restaurants around. It has very beautiful atmosphere... From Zocalo, you can also take all tourist buses.

What a lovely square and it is so great to see it brimming with activity. Very safe environment, lots of families, couples, etc. eating dinner, walking around and shopping. It was Avery happy and pleasant place to go to and only a block fro. Where I'm staying!
