A great little beach that is really quiet and hasn't been hit by the tourist restaurants like Zicatela. Amazing sunsets. At 5pm every day you can help release baby turtles into the sea. Run by Vive Mar, it is part of a conservation program to...More

Go to the public Beach club (Club Playa?) right next to the fancy private hotel beach club. 200 pesos/person gets you a lounge chair facing the pool or the ocean. Food and drink are deducted from the 200 peso entrance fee, so a couple of...More

Not a swimmable beach but there were skim boarders and some people enjoying the empty beach. We also saw joggers. We came here at 5pm to release baby sea turtles with Vive Mar. Great organization with great people. 10 minute educational talk then we each...More

Not for walking but too rough for swimming. Whales off shore put on quite a performance and the turtle sanctuary gives tour.
