Great Beach, Cold Beer, Tasty Food

A bit off the main path but definitely worth a visit. The beach is very nice, the beer is ice cold and the seafood is excellent.

The first time we visited Playa Linda was at the end of a bike ride on the ciclopista trail. We walked around the shops and checked out the pier, where you go to launch on a boat if you are planning to go to Ixtapa Island. At the north end of the beach is a point where you can see... More

Went there a few times on bicycles from our hotel, Barcelo, and on a tour to Ixtapa island. Interesting to watch the crocodiles, iguanas, turtles and birds. There is a nice beach and vendors and restaurants.

This is a must to visit! From the vendors to the beach is a true experience. Watching the men climbing a pole and displaying their cultural dance is an experience you will not forget. The beach is beautiful and many cafes to sit and experience the Mexican hospitality. Do no miss the view of the crocodiles and the iguanas in... More

Booked from a guy on the beach. Transportation there and back included, lunch and an alcohol drink. Our tour guy also offered a short walking tour of the other side of island. Great thing to do for the day. Great service at the restaurant we sat at also. Totally recommend to do this tour

Great ride into town for only a buck. Best to pick a bus with the windows wide open. 😀 stops at designated bus stops and hotels along the way to town.

When you get here you get to see all the alligators in the swamp. You don't have to pay any charges to see them at all.

The bus takes you to Playa Linda for twelve pesos so don't spend money on a cab. It is a beautiful area with some good beach restaurants.
