Charlie is a nice guy, and his chocolates are very good. He has a nice selection, too. I know he's been gone for awhile; I hope he is back.

We actually bought our chocolates at Joes Deli. These chocolates are super yummy. My only complaint is not knowing which flavors we are getting. They are sold in a variety pack. In the larger ones, there is a pepper flavored piece and a coffee pie e that we didn't care for. The rest are absolutely delicious! We have to take... More

My mom & I stopped in to see what the fuss was all about. Charlie was laying on the couch reading a book. He really didn't acknowledge us but from the reviews, we were prepared for a little bit of gruffness. The lady behind the counter was very nice. The chocolates are really what it's about! Great selection of dark... More

I should first say that the chocolates are delicious and not to be missed. But the real reason to go to this place is to talk to Charlie, who knows the town of Los Barilles inside and out. He's extremely friendly and helpful.

I'm so glad we were able to stop by before left! It's a hidden gem in this little fishing town. My favorites are the chocolate pecan and caramel and the caramel withs sea salt. But they're all so good! I definetly recomment stopping by if you're ever in Los Barriles.

We go to Los barilles every year and always stop at Charlies's chocolates. We spend quite a bit, which is no big deal, but Charlie is never that friendly to my very well behaved enthusiastic chocolate lover boys (6 and 9). It is disappointing and since I aarkwtin executive, I would typically not partronize his shop, but my boys love... More

Charlie's Chocolates is an epicurean delight in a blue collar wrapper. Los Barilles is a small kind of dusty fishing town. The snow birds come down every year for the good weather and inexpensive laid back way of life. In the middle of this is Charlie's Chocolates, an unusual product line for a fishing town. Charlie brings in Mexican chocolate... More

We travel to Los Barriles every year and, without fail, the first question out of my kids' mouths when we step off the of the plane is, "can we go to Charlie's Chocolates?!" The answer is always yes because I love going there as much as they do! Charlie always has a free sample waiting and an amazing variety of... More
