We are not snow shoer's so this was our first time. Suggest that if your not in good shape and not adventurous, to try the beginners walk. We called ahead of time to make sure that we were in the right tour and in the end we survived!! Our guide Dave Booth was excellent. We were a small group of... More

We went on the Johnson Canyon walk with tour guide Sam today. After we arrived we thought we probably could have just done the walk ourselves, but Sam from WMA was great, very personal, we had a great group and he brought us hot chocolate and cookies. In the end my friend and I agreed, it was well worth the... More

We enjoyed our tour that included a short hike to Marble Canyon and a few hours exploring Lake Louise. It was a small group but our guide Mags had no problem keeping us entertained and providing interesting information throughout the day. It was snowing during the day so visibility was not spectacular but we still enjoyed ourselves. Our favorite part... More

Excellent in every way. Incredible guide Migs (sp?), with deep knowledge of the area and true excitement and passion for nature and sharing it with others. We went snowshoeing on a frigid day through deep powder and had a blast, would do it again.

Actually did two tours with these guys (Snowshoeing on Top of the World at Sunshine Village & Johnston Canyon Icewalk). Got lucky and got Sam on both as our guide. He kept the trips lively, interesting and he is really knowledgeable about the area. Although Sam kept our group together really well, please read the fine print. If you aren’t... More

Had a great snow shoeing hike with our guide Jeff. He was excellent. It was our first time to snow shoe. We went up the gondola and chair lift then had a 3km hike back down the mountain. Not very clear as it was blustery but so much fun. Would definitely do it again.

Beautiful day up at Sunshine Meadows with friends. The views were gorgeous, the cookies and hot chocolate were delicious and Cindy was very sweet! HIGHLY recommend this tour. Learned a lot and captured some amazing photos. However dress warm! So cold!

We decided to work with White Mountain Adventures in order to feel safer doing a challenging day hike in Banff National Park. It was our first day hiking in Banff, and we wanted to have the security of being with someone who could help us navigate the trail and who also could provide us with the lay of the land... More

We used the Bike and Hike shuttle to pick us up after riding the Legacy trail from Canmore to Banff. Easy to book on line. We finished early and called to get an earlier pick up. The service was very responsive and met us at the train station for the earlier service.

I spent a week In Canada, late June/early July 2016, on a trekking trip organised by White Mountain Adventures. It was amazing! Not only were we blessed with stunning scenery and fabulous weather, but with brilliant guides too. Mags, Joss and Sam were so friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. Ask a question, they knew the answer. Ready for a laugh... More
