It was not a nature hot spring. Feel like in a normal swimming pool without roof. Water was not hot enough. There were too many people and change room not clean and some of the shower out of order.

Compared to Radium this hot spring delivers! The water temperature is spot on and you can even smell the sulphur. There is only one pool so get there early as the pool only accommodates 205 people. The facility is well maintained and efficiently run by...More

It was an absolute enjoyment and it's amazing to bathe in an open natural hot water pool of 39degree when the outside temperature is below 4 degree! Even small kids can enjoy there as they have a kids pool also. Its a real stress reliever...More

Actually don't soak your head it's said to be unhealthy to get hot tub/spa water in your ear but I'm not a Dr.! It's 7.50 ish for a soak as long as you like (alternating in/out). 45 mins was about my limit. It's nice and...More

I've been to both Banff and Radium hot springs. If you have a choice between the two, definitely go to the Radium hot springs. The Banff hot pool is very small, and was very crowded. We ended up sitting on the ramp to get into...More

The hot springs in banff are incredible! The view is fantastic and the pool is really good to be in. It was a bit crowded when we went but as this attraction is quite popular with the locals and tourists, the pool is expected to...More

This is a nice thing to do. You can rent bathing suits and towels. More like a shallow swimming pool. The sulphur smell is filtered out so like sharing a bath with a hundred people in a swimming pool. But an experience.

They do have a cafe upstairs, but I've never used it and am not sure what they offer. Best to call them and double check.
