Went shopping and met friends for a meal. It's a refreshing place amid the winter doldrums on the Canadian prairies. I just found the place dusty with dirty floors. Smokers in the make washroom are not the Mall's fault but security should check washrooms fir these people. One East entrance was so snow packed and uneven that I had difficulties... More

It's biggest mall in Edmonton and for sure have huge parking problem. Parking area on Hudson Bay Area is closed for construction for that reason parking is getting worst. My suggestion if you want to go buy anything from mall go early morning you will definitely find good parking zone and will not deal with crowd in the mall.

There simply is no better mall than this that I've ever been to. How many malls can you say have a world class hotel, pirate ship, underground aquarium(where you can pet sting rays), all the shopping you could ever hope for, a skating rink, water park with water slides that will blow your mind (or shorts off), with wave pool... Billed as Canada's largest malls, you can spend your weeks vacation here. Water park was closed for maintenance, and the amusement park is going through what looks like a multi stage facelift with many rides closed. It is strange being in a mall that is so large that it can support having multiple shops in the same place. WOW, I... More

Glad to hear that you had a great time at West Edmonton Mall. World Waterpark is open every day, just not in the morning Mondays to Thursdays. In Galaxyland, we have a brand new exciting ride, Zero Gravity and another new ride coming this year. We hope you come back for the pair of socks. More

We visited the mall twice on our trip and still didn't see 3/4 of it. Its huge and we loved Bourbon Street. Good food, great shopping, and so much to see and do. You would need at least 4 days here to see it all and take in some of the attractions. Can't wait to do it again in the... More

Took our adult visitor from the Uk here just to look around. Parking was very difficult to find close by and mall was very crowded. There are more retail stores here than one will ever need. The World Waterpark looks like it would be amazing for those who want a watery amusement experience and the numerous other attractions look like... More

Well I've lived in the Edmonton area basically all my life so I have been here many times. While it does have many, many shops. Its usually really busy at all times of the day. If you got time to waste, walk around the mall and check it out. If you know where you want to go, go right there... More
