It worth the visit, take the locomotive to get to the fort. Watch the demonstrations, spent time talking to volunteers. Make sure to take the cart ride.

If you can find out the times for the locomotive, the trolley and the horse drawn carriages. Arrive at the front entrance with enough time to board the locomotive which will take you through the park and to the fort which is where you want...More

Not quite sure but didn't hit the spot. Since last visit 30 years ago greatly extended and expanded. The layout might present problems to those of limited mobility but the train was helpful and enjoyable. Found the in role of some staff artificial and disconcerting...More

Granddaughters loved the train and wagon rides, the stores and friendly staff! The food was not good and expensive.
