Great open air Venue

Love the availability of food sellers and the locale beside transit. If you are tired from sitting there are plenty of spots to not miss action and stand and stretch for a bit.

Edmonton has such a nice stadium, it's a shame the seats aren't filled more often. I've gone many times to watch football, soccer and also music concerts. Nicely located for the LRT.

Had never seen a CFL game so was more than happy with my birthday tickets. Arrived via the LRT, the stadium is very close to the station, buses are available as well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we found our seats easily and had a good view. Atmosphere was great, not hostile at all. The only down side was... More

The curse on this field sucks, Its a very dark place with no life to it. The upside is the amount of people it holds.

we have seen a few concerts here and its one of my favorites for live shows. the only really negative thing i can say is that parking is beyond horrible. we had to park about 9 city blocks away, without exaggerating, it was a 40 minute walk away.

Saw a lot of great esks games here- parking is ok- you can park a few miles and walk or take the LRT. the stadium is clean, large and easy to get around in- much better than Mcmahon stadium!

Plan ahead folks. As this was my first time in Edmonton, I had no idea where to park for the Eskimos game. I assumed there was parking close, but most streets near the stadium were blocked for only local traffic and buses allowed access. We missed the 1st quarter as we had to park at Kingsway Mall and take a... More

I'm biased as I lived close to Commonwealth and was lucky enough to work there for special events. It is breathtaking by size. There is nothing like walking on field level and seeing just how big it is. The view from the press box is impressive.

Took transit from a downtown hotel. Transit system was not very efficient as there was an accident at a station the same day. Also a bit of a walk from the transit station to the stadium. The stadium itself was nice. Comparable to Ottawa's stadium. Drinks were not too expensive and access to seats was quick. Exiting was similar to... More

Commonwealth Stadium is a great stadium with few bad seats. The Eskimos could work on the pre-game experience which is much better in Regina and Winnipeg. To their credit, the team does an excellent job of celebrating its winning tradition and its heroes of the past.

Thank Peter D
