The initial part of the hike is along a old road bed, so it is quite walkable but a steady incline. About one-third of the way up you have the choice of continuing the roadbed or hiking up a steeper hiking path (a bit challenging...More

Beautiful hike, about an hour and a half start to finish. Start by walking up clear path and end up in open where you will see the bald hills. Don't let the snow stop you! Keep going through until you get to the top of...More

The trek starts on a stone road and a gradual incline. We took the short cut switch back that goes off to the left, it's not really a short cut, more of a hiking trail and not a road. Note that it is steep, and...More

It is worth the steady uphill walk on the wide path to get to the top. Along the way we saw amazing snow capped mountains, but at the Maligne Lake lookout it was spectacular. It had been raining in Jasper, and we could still see...More

Great hike with great views. Went up the short way and long way back down. Trail junctions are a little confusing once you get up near the tree line, but overall a great hike!

The walk up is fairly steady until the end where there is a short but steep and rocky/muddy climb to the top. However it is well worth the lovely views and only a few other people, unlike the hills with gondolas. I was warm walking...More

It depends if you go all the way to the top or not. To go the whole way would probably take you 4 - 5 hours round trip. It would be very difficult for a 3 year old to walk this trip or for you to carry them.
Hola, quisiera saber si para coger el atajo que mencionas está bien señalizado? En cuanto tiempo aproximadamente se realiza la subida, no soy muy montañera, la verdad. Muchas gracias
