Harrison is a nice getaway for the whole family. Lots of good restaurants, plenty of water sports and inflatables to romp on the water. The spa hotels are a bit pricey but VERY nice. Shopping is limited to summer gear and accessories. Good ice cream shops and quick snacks joints. Pleasant beach and public accommodations, nice sand and a warmer... More

We camped up on Cogburn Beach for 3 nights which is on the eastern side of Harrison lake about 30 mins up a forest service road. The drive in was very rocky and bumpy and was a bit sketchy on the tires but we made it in our Chevy cobalt! (most other vehicles were pickup trucks).. We arrived at the... More

This was a surprise family trip my husband planned for us. I was delighted when we arrived to see the majestic views; snow capped mountains all around, crystal blue lake, quaint downtown with a Scandinavian village feel, all nestled together for a perfect setting for a family retreat. Even though the lake was frozen over, the locals were working hard... More

Harrison is a nice little community tucked away in the hills just outside of Vancouver. The weather was nice, not hot but comfortable. We were disappointed in the number of business' that weren't open due to the spring season, but there are lots of options if your willing to drive a bit. Overall it's a nice place

harrison is a cool place. it is a much smaller town than i realized and can be walked end to end probably in about 15-20 minutes. the surroundings are beautiful and the drive in from vancouver is fairly simple and with lots of signage to keep from getting lost. The hot springs are obviously the major draw but be informed... More

It's a pretty hotel with a beautiful Lake in the front and the hotspring pools in the back. The rooms are spacious with a basic decor. The service is impeccable but the long wait for the breakfast is annoying.

This is one of the nicest destination in the Lower Mainland. You are close enough to the city to enjoy the amenities but a short drive brings you here to supernatural Harrison Lake and Hot Springs

A delightful calm place, to get away from the busyness of the city and traffic. The air is so pure and clean, surrounded by beautiful mountains. A walk around the lake takes about 40 minutes. The hot pools in and outside are very relaxing. A gym is available that we may try out on our next visit. The afternoon English... More

Many fitness things to do. Nice people who are willing to help. Clear, clear lake with tours and fishing. Good restaurants. A must see.
