The displays are a bit out dated and the place isn't big, but for the price it is more than fair. My grand kids always enjoy going and trying all the hands on displays. There isn't a lot of educational type things to do with kids in Kamloops and this is a good way to let them try new things.... More

Kids young and old will enjoy the Big science centre. The number of things to explore is amazing and the staff there are very helpful. The best part is it's hands on!

We stopped here on our way out of Kamloops with our 2 young kids. We were warmly welcomed by the staff members whom clearly love what they do. My son loved 'Duke' the bearded dragon and learned so much about them. Seeing as how our kids were 'skipping school' for a family road trip this was a perfect place for... More

Many things I remember from my childhood science classes. My kids love all the difference areas and the live animals. Learning can be fun! We have hosted birthday parties and they... More

It is a bit tricky to get there, but worth the effort. It is located inside of a public school, a bit small, but fun. My little one enjoyed all the activities.

This place was so MUCH fun! We saw it on Trip Advisor and stopped in. 144 (I think?) hands-on science experiments, housed in a former elementary school, that are fun and fascinating for kids young and old. Our 2, 6 and 9 year old kids loved it, as did mom and dad. We were all comparing our favorites after we... More
