Great paths to walk on with the Nechako river nearby. Lots of parking, swimming at the rivers confluence. There are dozens of awesome carvings in the Cottonwoods along the trails. Local artist Elmer Gunderson is a renowned carver.

We went here yesterday and I enjoyed walking. It has lake where you can swim. You can bring your food to have picnic here If you want. There are other trees aside from cotton trees. Some cotton trees have carvings in it! Just find them!...More

Great place for a walk on the Nechako river.Very pet friendly,not officialy off leash but most dogs are.Watch for the tree carvings.
