A great place to visit railway & forestry history.

A year round attraction with equipment to climb in, on & over, buildings to explore and a mini rail train to ride around the park. A great place to reminisce about the old days.

I really enjoyed the railway museum. It is spread out over a large area so do plan on some walking. Plan on a little bit of climbing too, as you can get into several of the trains and rail cars. Inside they have a booklet for a self-guided tour. They are helpful to make sure you don't miss anything. They... More

It is a nice departure for those that Love Trains, Train-cars, and historic coaches. What is so sad is that they've been left to the elements. After being in the Glasgow Scotland Railway Museum, this would be poor in comparison, but for those children desperate for all things Trains, then it is a must see. The employees are always welcoming... More

If you visit Prince George, you really ought to go to the Railway and Forestry Museum. The site has a large and growing collection of rail cars, engines, rail and forestry equipment and other antiques and memorabilia. A unique feature is the Penny rail station which was moved from a remote site and resettled in the park. The Cora Bell... More

The Railway Museum is a definite stop for anyone who is spending any time at all in Prince George. IT is a sprawling park filled with vehicles from a bygone era, well curated and detailed. There are examples not only of trains, but also of most of the forms of industrial equipment that were used to build this city and... More

The station was an excellent place to see its historic nostalgic place of its time! The place was also a meeting place where many people met a short time then would continue with there journey's forward.
