This corner of Stanley Park has a great collection of totems, which I believe are mainly from the Haida nation. They include modern reproductions of totems found around Vancouver

On a nice day in Vancouver or even a bad day you will not be disappointed with any part of Stanley Park. It is a 365 day attraction.

We visited the park, walked the trails and saw the totems. It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed being outside and the views.

Drove by the totem pole in Stanley Park on Hop-on tour which goes into the park. Reminder of the coastal native community that was here before Vancouver.

Stanley Park and all the aspects and attractions within the park are well worth seeing. You can pick a certain area for a quick trip or spend all day exploring the park. It is indeed a treasure within Vancouver.

Its a beautiful spot to stop as you make your way around Stanley Park. It's definitely worth checking it out and taking pictures but do try to know what these poles are. They are iconic, historic and symbolic too. Also, if you take pictures of these poles, do a quick one and get out. Don't call each of your 12... More

Beautiful reminder of the original culture of the area but heaving with tourists and very much stage set. Tricky to get pictures without hundreds of others in shot.

Outdoors art display by Fist Nations with very informative descriptions. We'll maintained too. Dogs are an annoying presence, however.

Nice spot for a quick visit as walking in Stanley park. Historical and colorful might please kids and parents.

The Totems are really beatiful, you must see them if you go to Stanley Park. From there you can get into the woods or follow the seashore...

Staying in Stanley Park

Neighbourhood Profile
Stanley Park
Stanley Park is Vancouver's premier spot to get up close and personal with nature and animals. The grassy expanse offers outdoor teahouses and stunning views, beachfront hideaways and splash parks. It is a typical getaway spot for friends and families, especially as it is home to Vancouver's aquarium, and some of its best equestrian outlets.
