We didn't really do any shopping, but lots of popular stores are along here. The best part for me was all the food! Great restaurants and a super central location.

This area of downtown Vancouver has lots of high-end and interesting shops and eateries so is a great place to wander, window shop, and enjoy some tasty meals. You can literally spend half a day or more strolling this street. In addition, there is one area that is closed to vehicular traffic with seating. This is definitely a don't miss... More

There are plenty of restaurants and places to shop on Robson Street from High End retailers to a few mom/pop shops - but much more high end! Nordstrum has even moved into the area and has a very classy department store feel to it. Expect to pay for the quality they sell. The unfortunate part of walking around Robson Street... More

A lovely part of Vancouver. All the shops you could imagine. Neat tidy street. Plenty of places to eat all kinds of food. We were staying at the Four Seaons in Vancouver and Robson Street was our Favourite street!

If you like spending money Robson Street is a good place to do it. Otherwise, it's just a very busy, not very interesting city street.

We walked along Robson Street after exploring Stanley Island. There are so many different types of shops along this street with a lot of people from all over the world. If you like to shop, you will like this street.

Robson Street is pretty expansive and has a lot to offer tourists. But, if you come from a metropolitan area, you might not think it's all too outstanding. But, if you're from a small town, it's worth the view. Also note, while I was there, it was not very crowded but there were still a lot of shops and restaurants... More

If you're wanting to explore shops in Vancouver without being in a mall.. this is the place to come. Skip Metrotown, Pacific Center and Tsawassen Mills. Also don't go to Gastown for shopping..all there is in Gastown are souvenir shops. Robson has it all. Start at one end (probably near BC Place) and go up one side of the street,... More

Staying in Robson Street

Neighbourhood Profile
Robson Street
Robson Street is a shopper's paradise. Whether a window shopper or a serious trendsetter, a fashionista or a dabbler, the crowd of independent boutiques, quirky one-off shops, and well-known luxury brands on Robson Street have something to cater for every itch in your wallet. As a result, it draws a diverse crowd, and the people-watching along this famous walking thoroughfare is a primary attraction. In between the clothing shops both high-street and budget-friendly are a number of cafes to lay down your load, as well as numerous specialty stores ranging in their wares from music, to art, to city souvenirs. Known as "Vancouver's Runway," if a new trend is on the rise, you'd spot it here first.
