If you get in there, you will feel like standing in a deep forest which is completely isolated. It is amazing place.

I only experienced a small part of this park, but I loved the area that I was able to walk through. It is such a beautiful area too visit. I would love to go back to take more time to walk or run the trails....More

These trails, through beautiful forest, are amazing. I have run these trails countless times and it's hard to remember that you're in a large urban centre. Particularly spectacular are the trails that take you down to the ocean where you can run along Spanish Banks....More

Since we had gone on a tougher hike last week, we decided to go for a "wike" (walk/hike) this week. We ended up taking a leisurely walk through the Pacific spirit trails. There were lots of walkers, joggers and bikers. Nice day.

This park is just opposite UBC and is a good place for hiking and one can see lots of florals, etc, along the way.
